The talented Amnda Van Sandt has some amazing Pin-Up pics she has shared with me. Amazing for a couple of reasons. One, they’re obviously beautiful pinups, and professionally shot. Two, it is AWESOME to see Riley Kern on the other side of the lens! Riley is the talent behind RK Studios, but it’s plain to see she’s equally at home in FRONT of the camera! There’s something stunning and sweet about her that’s just captivating… reminds me of a certain Ms. Betty Page and an equally beautiful Ms. Bernie Dexter.

Riley Kern is easily one of the most talented up-and-coming Pin-Up photographers working right now. She has worked with some of the great names in the industry and her work shows her love for the genre. It’s plain to see this isn’t the last we’ve seen of Riley!
Riley also has a KILLER Pin-Up Calendar out now (the Pin-Up’s above are from the calendar for 2008) and I am going to post her comments about it below as well as a LINK to the calendar so you can go get your copy!

Well as many of you already know, I have been in school for photography now for 2 semesters and while I am really enjoying myself, and know that I have finally found exactly what it is that I want to do with my life, it has been a ton of work. I want to thank all of the models that helped me with this project, without you and my wonderful hair and Make-up artists none of this could have happened.
This semester was especially tough because on top of having a project due every week we had to be working on this calendar throughout the semester. However, it makes me sit back and appreciate all that I was able to accomplish, that much more. I told Shannon [Brooke] that I have a whole new respect for the work that she does throughout the year because on top of shooting for projects for WCC all year she also shoots the Calendar and works on her own Classic Pin-up Calendar too! But, I guess that is real life. So I am glad my teacher pushed us so hard (just don’t tell her that).
Anyway here is the line up for my very first Calendar available now on Blurb.com.
