Are these Pin-Ups stunning or what? Came across these by accident surfing around looking for pinups and stuff (as you do) and BAM the first one hit me and stopped me cold! How much like a Vargas original is it? How stunning is the painting? Body Painting that is!
Take a close look at the girl’s outfits and se if you can see where the fabric stops and the skin begins!
That’s the magic of world-renowned body-artist Helen Demi! You can google her name, but her site isn’t working. Keep looking through though and you’ll see she’s a world champion body-painter and her works have been photographed and published all over the world.
The photographer is Maxim Kalmykov, a Russian photographer who mainly works in artistic nudes and fashion but was inspired to do these pinups when he met Helen Demi. They have worked on a few projects together, and I hope to see MANY more!
