“I am a 50s girl living in too modern of a world. I wish I would have lived in a time where global warming didn’t exist, smoking was good for you, and Marilyn Monroe had the “ideal” body. But I don’t, so I try to make the best of it. I’m a student and the sexiest damn receptionist out there, but I also model for fun.”

I am SERIOUSLY diggin the vintage look of these shots. I don’t know if it’s an actual film shot, they’re pretty rare nowdays, but damn it looks good. Would love to see more in this vein!

I shot these with a Canon 20D, of all things!! We had about $100 worth of rented vintage props and a great Santa Cruz location, just down from the MUA's (Britt Spain) house. Honey did her thing and it all came out great!

My background partly comes from the visual effects industry so I appreciate comments that refer to the old photo look that I created here.

It's really a lot of work to recreate a realistic looking vintage photo, which is why I can't do as many as I'd like. But our little team pulled it off and I'm proud to have worked with Honey!!!
